INFORMATION ABOUT ANGELS

We are fortunate to have in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area a very gifted woman named Patricia "Trish" Poole. You may have read the article about her and her work in the Green Bay Press Gazette. Trish is an angel therapy practicioner who trained with Doreen Virtue. (Doreen is the author of many books about angels). Trish is available for angel healing readings and angel parties. An angel reading can help you with a healing process, give you guidance with questions you may have, or you can try to make contact with a loved one that has passed.

The word angel comes from the Greek word angelos, meaning messenger. Because angels functioned as God's messengers, eventually they were thought of as having wings, like the winged gods Hermes and Eros. Wings symbolize the quickness with which angels travel carrying God's messages. The halo or aura of white light symbolizes their origin or home, which is heaven.

Historically, angels were thought of as messengers between God and humanity. Messages we receive from God through angels are meant to bring us closer to achieving heaven on earth. As a species, we haven.t really changed that much. For most of us, picturing angels with wings and halos is still the easiest way to visualize them. This is fine, because angels can appear in any form our imagination will accept.

Close your eyes and see what comes to mind when you think of angels. Do you see a picture of any specific person? Does a specific incident come to mind? Do you experience a feeling of warmth and lightness passing over you as you imagine angels? Now, think about heaven. What colors do you see? Do you imagine beauty, peace, joy, and happiness? Do you think of heaven as a realm different from the one we live in here on earth?

Because we are unique beings, the way we experience and picture angels will vary accordingly. Angels sense that the natural state of life is one of joy, happiness, laughter, and beauty, the qualities of heaven, the angel's own realm.

A guardian angel is assigned to each person on earth. Each human being, regardless of belief, status, shape, or size has the privilege of a guardian angel. Your guardian angel is with you all the time, wherever you go, whatever you do. It has been said that when God looks at you God sees two; you and your guardian angel. Basically, guardian angels are known for protecting and guarding us in all our activities on earth.

COLORS TO WEAR TO ATTRACT SPECIFIC ANGELS

• Guardians: rose or pink or soft green
• Healing angels: deep sapphire blue
• Angels of birth: sky blue
• Ceremonial and music angels: white
• Nature angels: apple green
• Angels of art and wisdom: yellow

FLOWER FRAGRANCES THAT ATTRACT ANGELS

Jasmine and rose are noticeable when angels (especially guardian angels) are near.
Pine attracts healing angels, and its scent is noticeable when they are near.
Sandalwood is the fragrance that the creativity ministers like.

Assign fragrances to the angels you want near you, and bring flowers into you home, burn incense, or wear perfume with these fragrances. For example:

• Honeysuckle: the messengers
• Gardenia: worry extinguishers and prosperity brokers
• Hyacinth: soul angels
• Lilac: happiness trainers
